House & Cottages, Brook End by William Theobalds 1869

Today this is Glendale, 9 Brook End, which no longer has a cluster of cottages in its grounds. It had been owned by the Theobald family for many years before this sale on 22 December 1869, after the death of William Theobalds. The property was acquired by John Hart of East Hatley, who let it to John Franklin son in law of the late William Theobalds and already resident in the property.
