A newly erected DWELLING HOUSE, with Sash Windows, containing , 4 Bed Rooms with Closets, Parlor [sic], Living Room, Kitchen and Cellar, a detached washhouse and Coal Place, small Yard & Garden, and 2 Barns with Thrashing Floor, as lately occupied by Mr Thomas Hall, deceased, and THREE TENEMENTS nearly adjoining , each containing 2 Rooms and a Pantry, with Gardens and Outbuildings, occupied by William Moss, Thomas Moss and Thomas Pearce.

Lot 2

The Freehold piece of very Productive ARABLE LAND, opposite the last lot, containing 1a 1r 34p. Landtax. [Blank]

Lot 3

Three timber and Thatched TENEMENTS at Brook End, each containing 3 Rooms and a Pantry, with Out-buildings, Orchard and Garden, Well of good Water, and Oven, in occupation of James Pearce at £6 per annum, Thomas Pateman at £4, and John Parish at £4 10s per annum, Freehold. Landtax. [Blank]

This Lot is subject to a Free Rent of 1s payable Annually to the Lord of the Manor of Browis & Odsey, and the acknowledgement of Free Tenure.

Land at Litlington

Condition 5

The title to Lot 2 shall commence with the will of Nathan Pain dated the 29 September 1797. This land was allotted and awarded by way of exchange by the commissioners appointed for enclosing the parish of Steeple Morden.
