70 Hay Street

This plot of land was part of the larger plot associated with No 72 and was immediately to the south the house No 72. Planning approval was granted on 11 September 1975 for the erection of a house and garage on this land and on 19 May 1976 Panda Builders (Bedford) Ltd sold the new house to Alan Derek and Jacqueline Rose Bratchell, who later were to move to The Woodlands.
