3 Hay Street, Church View

On the left of the image above, this house was built in the garden of the School House, by the then owners. An initial planning application was withdrawn 29 November 2006, although a subsequent application for the erection of a house was approved 11 April 2007.

Designed in a empathetic style to the existing School House, it sits comfortably next to the Church.

Construction was completed in 2010 and the new property registered 15 November 2010, with the owners of the School House, moving into the new house, which they named Church View.
