Steeple Morden School Pupils about 1897

Well scrubbed and turned out boys and girls at Steeple school about 1897. Doubt any children can be identified? The headteacher was William John Pickworth, a Londoner, who started working life as an auctioneer’s clerk. The tall girl on the left is probably his daughter Emma, a trainee teacher and the ladies in black on the right are Miss Ellen Westcott and possibly Miss Ellen Cook, both teachers.
